Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Ranked a Top City Hotel in Travel + Leisure’s Annual “World’s Best” Awards

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills[1] has been ranked #3 in the Top City Hotels in Greater Los Angeles category and #12 in the “15 Best City Hotels in the Continental United States” in the prestigious 2018 Travel + Leisure “World’s Best” Awards, honoring the top travel destinations and companies around the globe as rated by its readers.

Every year, Travel + Leisure readers are asked to share their opinions on top hotels, airlines, destinations and more in the World’s Best Awards survey. The publication recently announced that “the year-old, 170-room Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, which boasts a La Prairie spa and a rooftop Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant, elicited the reader assessment ‘Best new hotel in Los Angeles.’” The luxury hotel is praised for its “buzzy rooftop pool and restaurant” and panoramic views of Beverly Hills.

“Our team is elated that our guests recognized Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills as one of the best hotels in the United States and in Los Angeles. Since our opening, we have worked hard to offer our guests unparalleled service and a home away from home,” said Peter Bowling, managing director at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. “Although the property is the most recent addition to the Beverly Hills luxury hotel scene, we are delighted to see its exponential growth in becoming a favorite destination amongst locals and world travelers alike.”

The World’s Best Awards appear in the August 2018 issue of Travel + Leisure, on sale July 27, and online at travelandleisure.com[2].
